Bangkok, Thailand, Condominiums Go On Sale.
Jan. 15--Sansiri Plc yesterday began selling units in two A-grade condominiums in Bangkok with sales projected to total 640 million baht.
The two projects -- Baan Siri Sathorn-Suanplu and Baan Siri Sukhumvit Soi 13, follow the overwhelming success of Baan Siri Sathorn Yen-Akard, which was sold out in 13 days late last year, said Yongyutt Chaipromprasith, chief executive of Plus Property Partners Co, a marketing subsidiary of Sansiri.
"We expect to close sales for the two new condo projects within a month," he said.
