Jan. 11--KGI Securities (Thailand) Plc has agreed to return some of its capital to shareholders at 2.50 baht per share by reducing share par value to 7.50 baht from 10 baht.

The move is part of the company's capital restructuring plan.

All shareholders will receive the capital return based on the number of shares held. Payment is expected to be made on April 9 with the closing of the register of eligible shareholders scheduled on March 11.

Shareholders attending the company's extraordinary meeting yesterday approved the reduction of registered capital to 23.049 billion baht from 30.732 billion by reducing the par value.
