Feb. 8--Fancy Wood Industries Plc has announced plans to issue 19 million new shares to raise funds for expansion.

Shares will be offered on Monday and Tuesday at 45 baht each, with a par value of five baht per share.

The offer price represents a price-earnings ratio of 6.63 times. Shares of the company closed unchanged yesterday on the Stock Exchange of Thailand at 51.50 baht.

Advising the offering is IFCT Advisory, with ABN Amro Asia Securities serving as lead underwriter, with 12 other co-underwriters.
