Now you can be the alpha male you always wanted to be in high school but for which you just didn't have the car. Texas-based Unique Performance is making Shelby GT500Es and Shelby GT350SRs just like it was 1965 again. Only these are better.
Unique Performance scours the nation for 1965 and 1967 Mustang Fastbacks, picks the ones with no rust and no crashes and then strips them, sodium washes them and welds in any new metal that might be necessary. Then they get to work.
Each car gets a four-point roll bar, Baer brakes, MSD ignition, JBA headers, Griffin radiator, chassis reinforcements throughout including a new adjustable front suspension and optional new rear, Auto Meter Gauges, Old Air Products Hurricane air conditioning system and more.
