Feb. 13--The Conference of Asia Pacific Express Carriers (Capec) has appointed Ira Wolf as its first executive director, to be based in Singapore.
Mr Wolf served as an assistant US Trade Representative for Japan and China in the administrations of George Bush Sr and Bill Clinton, and has also held senior positions at both Motorola and Kodak.
