Feb. 13--Landscaped grounds and gardens can significantly increase the value of a property development, according to the president of the Thai Association of Landscape Architects (Tala).
Somporn Patradoon said the landscape industry mainly relied on real-estate trends. And as the property market rebounds, so too will the landscaping sector.
He said landscaped grounds and gardens adds value to housing-estate projects and even become the estate's selling point, giving them a leg up on its competitors.
