Feb. 12--Property Perfect Plc plans to launch four housing projects in central Bangkok, with all units offering home-automation devices.

Features of the firm's Smart Home: Home for Smart Living theme include closed-circuit television security, automatic power and security controls and an emergency calling system.

Managing director Chainid Sirimanee said the company had set aside three billion baht for the projects, which were being built by Krungthep Land Co, an affiliate in which Property Perfect holds a 30 percent stake.
