Feb. 12--Asian Property Development Plc expects to pre-sell houses worth 3.5 billion baht this year, 30 percent more than last year, by starting seven new residential projects in Bangkok.
The new ventures will consist mainly of townhouse and condominium units in central locations.
Total sales are projected at 6.5 billion baht in the next two years, according to Anuphong Assavabhokhin, chief executive of the listed developer.
"The market in Bangkok is very good with strong demand for quality houses in prime locations," he said.
The company's new corporate brand, AP Citi Smart, would be displayed on all the new development projects, ...
