Mar. 14--The National Housing Authority (NHA) is working on proper solutions to buy land plots from real estate developers or co-develop low-cost housing projects with some of them.
The two approaches would help the agency achieve its goal of building 600,000 low-cost units for low-income earners between 2003 and 2007, said NHA governor Chuanpis Chaimuenvong.
