Mar. 10--Thai Petroleum Pipeline Co (Thappline) plans to invest 2.02 billion baht this year in two oil product pipeline projects, according to Marut Smutkochorn, vice-president in charge of planning for the oil business of PTT Plc.
Pipeline utilisation would double to 60 percent of total capacity from 30 percent at present after the projects were completed over the next two years, he said on Saturday.
Thappline is a joint venture involving PTT and several oil refineries including Thai Oil, Esso Standard Thailand, Shell (Thailand) and Caltex.
