Mar. 8--Multilateral agencies such as the World Bank, International Finance Corp and the Asian Development Bank will be allowed to issue baht-denominated bonds with up to 10-year maturities to finance local activities, the Finance Ministry announced yesterday.
Bonds can be issued for up to 10 billion baht under the new policy, a small amount considering 300 billion baht is raised in the markets each year.
