Apr. 14--All Electronic Service Co Ltd (AES) plans to open 21 new home appliance repair outlets this year to consolidate its presence in a market it has helped to build.
The company, which now has 24 outlets in Bangkok and five in the provinces, aims to increase the total to 100 over two years to cover all districts in Bangkok and major provinces, according to general manager Wacharin Ukitdussadee.
"AES is striving to be the only company customers call when any of their home appliances break down," he said.
The company forecasts revenues this year of 120 million baht, up from 90 million in 2002.
