Developer Eyes Investors for Chiang Mai Site.

Apr. 10--Central Pattana Plc (CPN), the developer and operator of Central shopping centres, is seeking investors to build a five-star hotel, a sports complex and a convention centre at its Central Airport Plaza, Chiang Mai project.
President Kobchai Chirathivat said the company had about 10 rai of vacant land at the site to develop a 300-room hotel, a convention hall to contain about 4,000-7,000 people and a 15,000 square metre entertainment and sports complex.
