Richmond, Va., Energy Firm Nominates Two New Members for Its Board.

Apr. 9--A U.S. senator's wife and the founder of the University of Richmond's Jepson School of Leadership Studies are the only new nominees for the Dominion Resources Inc. board.

Dominion shareholders will vote on nominees for the 15-member board of directors before or at the corporation's annual meeting at Dominion's Innsbrook office on April 25. Richmond-based Dominion is a diversified energy company with $10.2 billion in annual sales.

New candidates for the board this year are Susan B. Allen, 41, of Alexandria, and Robert S. Jepson Jr., 60, of Savannah, Ga.
