Apr. 5--TOT Corporation plans to reduce domestic long-distance calling rates by an expected 30-50 percent, possibly as early as the Songkran holiday.
TOT Corp president Sittichai Songpiriyakij said the company's board had agreed that the current long-distance rates of three, six, nine, 12, 15 and 18 baht a minute were not attractive enough to encourage wider use.
