May 14--One Asset Management and DBS Thai Danu Bank plan to launch a property fund focused on public offerings in the third quarter.
Surakiat Wongwasin, managing director and co-head of the commercial banking group at DBS Thai Danu, said the fund was expected to raise at least one billion baht, with at least 75 percent of assets invested in office properties.
The closed-ended fund would list on the Stock Exchange of Thailand and pay dividends of 90 percent of net profit.
Yields were projected at 4 percent to 7 percent, Mr Surakiat said. DBS Thai Danu is the fund's trustee and financial adviser.
