May 13--Amarin Printing and Publishing Plc, one of the country's largest publishing houses, is branching out into the food business to complement its bookstore operations.
The SET-listed company, which also publishes Health & Cuisine magazine, plans to introduce H&C outlets offering dishes from rolled Chinese noodles (kuay tiew lord) to Thai desserts and drinks, in its Nai-In bookstore chain.
The first H&C (for Health & Cuisine) outlet officially opened on the weekend at the Nai-In store at the Future Park Rangsit shopping centre.
