May 10--HANOVER TWP., Pa.--Employees of the Sears Logistics Services Inc.
distribution center have voted to decertify the Teamsters local, said a federal labor official.
The tally was 305 against the union and 204 in favor, said John Breese, assistant to the regional director of the National Labor Relations Board in Philadelphia.
Breese on Friday said there were no objections to the April 23 vote.
The results were certified May 2.
"No union represents the employees," he said.
