May 8--Phillip Wain (Thailand) Co expects to see a rise in revenues this year as more people, more concerned about their health in the wake of the outbreak of the immune system-attacking Sars virus seek refuge in beauty and fitness clubs.
Suwanee Lorbunchongsook, club manager at the Sukhumvit branch, said revenue growth had been about 10 percent in the past two years, down from 15-20 percent previously, as a result of the economic slowdown.
