Rules to Clarify Definitions, Toughen Enforcement at Thailand Stock Exchange.

May 7--Regulations regarding connected transactions will be revised as part of initiatives to bolster corporate governance among listed companies.
Officials of the Stock Exchange of Thailand and Securities and Exchange Commission yesterday held a hearing on the issue with listed companies, advisory firms and asset management companies.
A summary of the findings is expected to be released by mid-May, with a regulatory revision approved by the SET and SEC by the end of the year.
