May 7--Regulations regarding connected transactions will be revised as part of initiatives to bolster corporate governance among listed companies.
Officials of the Stock Exchange of Thailand and Securities and Exchange Commission yesterday held a hearing on the issue with listed companies, advisory firms and asset management companies.
