May 2--HSBC is developing new structured products, insurance and debt products to help raise investment options for its high net worth customers, according to Arunrat Bovornvirakit, senior vice-president for personal banking.
Structured products will be launched in the fourth quarter, derivatives products offering depositors higher returns and protection on their principal.
"In the worst case, customers will receive at least their principal investment," Ms Arunrat said.
