Jun. 13--Thai Military Bank expects to sell off two billion baht worth of non-performing assets this year.

Pirasak Sikangwan, a TMB executive vice-president, said the bank had sold off 500 million baht worth of non-performing assets so far this year.

Another 17 billion baht worth of assets remain for sale, with new incoming assets averaging from 100 million to 300 million baht a month.

Dr Pirasak said the bank would hold sales fairs this month and in December to offer property assets to the public.

Post-financing would be offered ranging up to 90 percent of the valuation for buyers, with loan approvals ...
