Bankrupt Petrochemical Firm Nominates Thai Administrators.
Jun. 2--Creditors of Thai Petrochemical Industry are expected to nominate Thai Administrators Co today as the new planner for the industrial giant.
Suvarn Valaisathien, a former deputy commerce minister and member of Thai Administrators, said once confirmed, the firm would announce details of its new restructuring plan for TPI.
Creditors will meet to vote on the appointment of a new TPI planner today. If confirmed, the Central Bankruptcy Court is scheduled to review the nomination at a hearing on June 11.
