Mandarin University in Thailand Pitched to Fortify Cultural Ties, Trade.

Jul. 4--China has been asked to study the possibility of setting up a Chinese-language university in Thailand to better deal with the expansion of trade and cultural co-operation between the two countries, the Thailand-China Business Council said.
Council chairman Thanakorn Seriburi said the proposal was passed to the chairman of the China Council for the Promotion of International Trade (CCPIT), Wan Ji Fai, during a recent meeting in China.
