Jul. 3--Siemens Ltd has signed a turnkey contract with the Provincial Electricity Authority (PEA) to supply seven 115-22-kilovolt substations with a project cost of 940 million baht.

The contract signed on Tuesday covers the design, construction and installation of new switchgear technology at the following substations Bang Phra, Chon Buri; Bang Wua 2, Chachoengsao; Chon Buri 3, Chon Buri; Map Ta Phut 3, Rayong; Om Noi 2, Samut Sakhon; Pathum Thani 3, Pathum Thani; and Pattaya Nua, Chon Buri.
