Aug. 27--A Wayne County judge dismissed on Tuesday personal protection order petitions filed by two business associates.

Jim Papas and Nico Gatzaros agreed to stay away from each other. Gatzaros is the son of Papas' longtime business partner, Ted Gatzaros. Papas and Ted Gatzaros own three Fishbone's Rhythm Kitchen Cafe restaurants and the Atheneum Suites Hotel.

Nico Gatzaros said he was managing the Fishbone's restaurant in St. Clair Shores but was fired on July 30, after being assaulted by Papas on July 25 and July 30. He filed a personal protection order request on July 25. Papas filed a counter petition on Aug. 21. His…
