Sep. 1--The Finance Ministry plans to propose legal changes to waive the need for private companies receiving concessions to use state property to comply with the 1992 Joint Public-Private Venture Law.
Deputy Finance Minister Varathep Ratanakorn said the amendment would allow private firms to more quickly begin operations using public property.
