Oct. 3--Thailand will impose preliminary anti-dumping duties on imports of low-carbon wire rod steel products from Ukraine and Indonesia ranging from 19.37 percent to 34 percent of CIF (cost, insurance and freight) prices.
Commerce Minister Adisai Bodharamik said the duties would last four months. The rates are 19.37 percent on imports from Krivoy Iron and Steel Works, 34 percent on imports from other Ukrainian firms, and 27.46 percent on imports from P.T. Ispat Indo of Indonesia.
The ruling will take effect in seven days once it appears in the Royal Gazette.
