WebSideStory cuts IPO size to 4.4M shares

San Diego-based Internet analytics company WebSideStory Inc. on Friday, Sept. 17, cut the size of its initial public offering to 4.4 million shares from 5 million, according to a filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission. The company in August had already lowered the price range to $8 to $9 a share from $10 to $12. Friedman, Billings, Ramsey & Co., RBC Capital Markets, William Blair & Co. and Roth Capital Partners LLC are underwriters. Latham & Watkins LLP is providing the issuer with legal counsel, while the underwriters are being represented by Dorsey & Whitney LLP. The …
