SACRAMENTO_Sheila Hudson has accomplished a lot in her career as a triple jumper. Seven U.S. titles. A since-broken world record. The current American record. Two NCAA titles while at Cal. And she competed in the first-ever women's triple jump in the Olympics in 1996.

So where does Saturday's second-place finish at the U.S. Olympic Trials rank?

"This is at the top of the list, no question," she said. "The last two, three years have been the most trying for me in my career. To actually come here and finish in the top three means more than I can possibly express."
