Kohl's Store to Open in New Chattanooga, Tenn., Shopping Center.

Jul. 25--Kohl's, a family-oriented specialty department store, is entering Chattanooga's competitive retail marketplace as one of three anchor tenants in the new Gunbarrel Pointe shopping center at Igou Gap and Gunbarrel Roads.
Kohl's will be in a center whose other anchors are Goody's, which is moving from nearby Hamilton Corner, and Target, which is relocating there from Lee Highway.
The 282,000-square-foot shopping center, a development of CBL & Associates Properties Inc., is scheduled to have its first stores open in October.
No date has been set for the Kohl's opening.
