Jun. 13--FORT EDWARD, N.Y.--Just a month after Decora Industries Inc. was delisted from the Nasdaq National Market, it is in danger of losing its place on the Nasdaq SmallCap Market.

Last week, the company, which makes decorative adhesive papers for the home -- including the Con-Tact brand -- was granted a temporary exception to the minimum bid price requirement of the Nasdaq SmallCap.

According to the exception, made by the National Association of Securities Dealers, Decora must trade at a minimum bid of at least $1 for 10 consecutive days prior to Aug. 21. If Decora cannot pass the minimum bid requirement by then, it …
