Jul. 3--You've heard of road rage. Meet real estate rage.

Soaring housing prices, a slim supply and bidding wars have created a legion of angry, frustrated home buyers from coast to coast, according to an article in the June 22 edition of The New York Times.

"Angry customers are slamming down phones and picking pointless fights with sellers. They are even stalking out of negotiations. . . . One man spends his Sundays tearing the real estate ads into very long pieces," the Times reported.

In some cases, this real estate angst is driving people into therapy.
