Jun. 28--A Danish computer services company that opened its North American headquarters in Ann Arbor four months ago, has acquired seven businesses to expand its presence in the U.S. electronic commerce market.

Aston IT Group International said it has closed deals to acquire Cyberdyne Corp. of Ann Arbor and computer companies in Chicago, Indianapolis, Baltimore and Phoenix, Ariz., and in Ontario and Vancouver, Canada.

Aston purchased ProAcct Solutions in Farmington Hills three weeks ago.

Purchase prices and other details of the deal were not disclosed.
