Target to Offer Fresh Food at New Superior, Colo., Superstore Site.

Sep. 26--Take your regular Target store, add fresh food and keep it open two hours longer.
That's SuperTarget. The new megastore -- Colorado's first SuperTarget -- opens in Superior Oct. 3, combining a full-service grocery with all the housewares, electronics, furniture, toys, tools and other items sold at a typical Target store.
SuperTarget store manager Phyllis Berka said the new 174,000square-foot store also houses a Starbucks Coffee shop, pharmacy, one-hour photo lab, portrait studio, Cole Vision optical center and an in-store restaurant, which offers a Pizza Hut Express menu as well as burgers, fries and other snacks. …
