Sep. 25--Internet banking customers of the Bank of Oklahoma do not need to worry about losing their money to hackers, the bank's vice chairman said Sunday. V. Burns Hargis responded to an Internet report Sunday that said a software analyst in Europe was able to access banking information of Bank of Oklahoma customers.

"No customer security has been breached," Hargis said.

Hargis said he learned Sunday that a firm hired to set up Bank of Oklahoma Internet banking was doing some maintenance when a file portal was left open Saturday. He said the firm, Fiserv, said the problem was corrected.
