Oct. 24--Say "World Trade Center" and most people see a pair of 110-story towers overlooking New York Harbor.
Now, Western New York has a World Trade Center of its own, although it's not quite as eye-catching.
The Niagara International Trade Council, an area business group, will become a full-fledged member of the global trade association with help from a $180,000 grant from Erie County, officials announced Monday.
