Oct. 21--TAMPA, Fla.--There is no vacation for the vacation business.

And because more tourists are using the Internet, the people who run tourist businesses must change their marketing styles and strategies.

"The day is coming when more people will sit down at their home computers and plan their entire vacation intineraries," said Lee Daniel, assistant director for the St. Petersburg/Clearwater Area Convention and Visitors Bureau.

That would include restaurant reservations and tickets for attractions, the theater and ballgames, even parking for major events.
