Nov. 28--Chicago in January can be a bone-chilling affair, but that's when new local air service to the Windy City will take off.
American Eagle, the regional affiliate of American Airlines, said yesterday it will offer three daily round-trip flights between Richmond and Chicago's O'Hare International Airport starting Jan. 4.
The flights on compact twin-engine jets will continue American Eagle's expansion in Richmond, which began this year with new regional jet service to Boston and New York.
