THE Chrysler ME FOUR-Twelve is a real runner. Chrysler showed its 850-hp quad-turbo V12 concept car at the Detroit auto show in January and promised we could drive it within the year. That promise has been fulfilled and, Chrysler claims, its tests show the car meets or exceeds the ambitious performance targets established for the program.
