Sep. 4--Three media entertainment groups -- BEC-Tero Entertainment Plc, Traffic Corner Radio Co (TCR) and Virgin Radio (Asia) Co -- are undertaking a complicated share-swap to create the country largest's radio network operator.
TCR, which operates the popular country music station Luk Thung FM, will issue new shares for acquisition by Virgin Radio (Asia) and BEC-Tero, but declined to reveal the figure.
Currently, SET-listed Traffic Corner Holdings Plc holds 70 percent of TCR's 100 million baht in registered capital.
