Sep. 7--The SET-listed developer Natural Park Plc said its board agreed yesterday to make a tender offer for more stakes in Pacific Assets Plc, with payment to be made by cash or through a share swap.

Minority shareholders of PA may sell their holdings to N-Park for cash at 5.86 baht a share or by swapping each share for four shares of N-Park, the company said in a filing to the Stock Exchange of Thailand. Any shareholder of PA wishing to receive a cash payment would be responsible for a fee on the sale at a rate of 0.25 percent and value-added tax of 7 percent.
