Sep. 7--DCON Product Plc, a leading producer of pre-stressed concrete floor planks and pre-stressed concrete piles, will float 40 million new shares at 9.25 baht each starting on Thursday.

Shares in the company are expected to begin trading on the Stock Exchange of Thailand on Sept 20.

The float consists of 39 million shares for public investors, with another one million to be offered to company employees at the same price. The par value of the shares is one baht each.

Managing director Wittawat Pornkul said the funds raised from the offering would be used for business expansion.
