It was the final day of Bubonicon 36, the annual sci-fi/fantasy convention in Albuquerque, and one of the organizers of the event was speaking in an urgent tone as he and a helper hurried down the hallway of the Wyndham Hotel. Things were winding down, and everyone knows dancing rats cannot be allowed to run free.
