MIAMI SHORES -- If a man dressed as a pregnant woman stalked the halls of the average business, someone would probably call security.

But that pregnant man was Bob Kutchera, employees would just laugh until they cried.

Kutchera is a consultant with an unconventional purpose -- helping companies reach their goals through humor.

His company, Business Humor Inc., specializes in jokes that communicate a business message.

Bringing in a man in a dress may not double sales, Kutchera says, but it can improve morale, encouraging people to be themselves.
