Tim Lewis, the credit card marketing director of the Royal Bank of Scotland, has left the company without a job to go to.

Lewis has been at the bank since 1995 and was the marketer behind the successful launch of the Mint credit card, which has grabbed a 3% share of the UK credit card market, according to Mintel.
