Mar. 14--Cook Inlet Region Inc. has tweaked its management structure.
Mark Kroloff, general counsel, has been promoted to chief operating officer of CIRI, according to the Anchorage-based regional Native corporation. Keith Sanders replaced Kroloff as CIRI's top lawyer.
Kroloff is responsible for all of CIRI's operating lines of business in telecommunications, real estate, tourism, limited partnerships, subsidiaries and affiliate investments. He also leads a team pursuing new business developments, the company said.
