Apr. 9--Empty soda cans, overflowing ashtrays and half-eaten candy bars fight for surface space. Paper is strewn haphazardly about. Butcher-paper charts titled "mercado" and "plan de negocio" are taped on the walls.
The four undergraduate students from Bolivia don't seem to notice the view of Lake Washington from the 12th-floor Best Western University Tower hotel room. Instead, they are crowded around two laptop computers, speaking rapidly in Spanish.
