Following a May 18 incident in which three teenagers reported seeing a man fondling himself while viewing pornography at a library computer, the city of Naperville, Illinois, is considering seeking a legal opinion on the 1983 Illinois Library Records Confidentiality Act from the state attorney general.

Naperville police arrested Richard J. Blaszak, 34, at his apartment June 15 and charged him with two misdemeanor counts each of sexual exploitation of a child and public indecency, the Chicago Tribune reported June 17. After posting $500 bail he was released from the DuPage County jail the following day. In their investigation police also determined that Blaszak committed a …
