Apr. 18--With plenty of time before cold weather hits next winter, a Missouri-wide task force set up to study how natural gas prices are pegged for consumers will hold a public meeting here May 4.
"We'll give an explanation of how the process works, and we'll explain the background of higher natural gas prices," said Warren Wood, chairman of the task force and manager of the Missouri Public Service Commission's natural gas department.
The hearing will be from 6 to 8 p.m. in Room 126 of the J.C. Penney Conference Center at the University of Missouri at St. Louis.
